Mark Driscoll is a uniquely talented communicator of God's Word in Seattle, WA. He has a cultural revelancy with heavy biblical foundations. He has a new book coming out called "DOCTRINE - What Every Christian Should Believe." I have been reading his PDF chapters of the book (which he has been uploading) on Facebook and really enjoying it. Starting the new series Seven: 7 Doctrines for a Solid Faith on Sunday went well, and some of my insights were researched from his new book.
